- 1 - 1.5 tsp LYNQ Empowdered Nonflavored Superfood Powder (Available on lynqlife.com)
- 8 Roma (Plum) tomatoes, diced
- 1/3 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 loaf French bread, sliced and toasted
- Balsamic glaze
- Slice bread, brush both sides with olive oil, and broil both sides until crisp.
- In a bowl, toss together LYNQ Empowdered, tomatoes, basil, Parmesan cheese, and garlic. Mix in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Serve tomato mixture on toasted bread slices and let sit 2 hours for flavors to meld.
- Drizzle with balsamic reduction or glaze.
