Empowdered Cauliflower Fried Rice

2 cups riced cauliflower
1 cup chopped pineapple
1 egg beaten
2 tsp Empowdered
1 red pepper
1 carrot
½ cup edamame shelled
1 cup chopped broccoli florets
½ cup corn
1 Tbsp Teriyaki sauce

Heat a skillet or wok, add 1 Tbsp oil (peanut or light olive oil)
Add the egg & scramble it
Add all the veggies & sauté until fork-tender
Add teriyaki sauce - stir well.
Add Empowdered.
Add pineapple until heated through.

Serve in a bowl or in a hallowed out pineapple.
