Empowdered Lentil Soup


1 small onion chopped

4-5 carrots chopped

4-5 celery chopped

1 can lentils (with liquid-do not drain)

1 Tbsp LYNQ Empowdered


Add oil and onions to saucepan and sauté until translucent Add chopped carrots and celery and can of lentils

Cover with water, add Empowdered and stir.

Bring to a boil, then simmer for approximately 30 minutes Add salt and pepper to taste.
