Empowdered Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut, almond or cashew milk 
  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats 
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup 
  • 1 tsp maple or coconut sugar 
  • 1 tsp LYNQ Empowdered 
  • 1 tsp chia seeds 
  • 1/2 mashed ripe banana (optional) 

Directions:

  1. Stir all ingredients together. 
  2. Pour into individual serving bowls & cover. 
  3. Refrigerate overnight. 
  4. Top with your favorite toppings like fresh berries, dried fruit or seeds, shredded coconut or chocolate shavings.
