Empowdered Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut, almond or cashew milk
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp maple or coconut sugar
- 1 tsp LYNQ Empowdered
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 mashed ripe banana (optional)
Directions:
- Stir all ingredients together.
- Pour into individual serving bowls & cover.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Top with your favorite toppings like fresh berries, dried fruit or seeds, shredded coconut or chocolate shavings.
