Empowdered Pancakes


  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp of maple sugar
  • 1-2 Tbsp LYNQ Empowdered
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 cups buttermilk
  • 4 Tbsp unsalted melted butter


  1. Mix all dry ingredients together In separate bowl mix all wet ingredients together. Slowly whisk dry and wet ingredients together.
  2. Once batter is smooth, place ½ cup of mix per pancake on nonstick griddle or pan. Flip pancakes once small bubbles form.
  3. Remove from heat when light golden brown Top with favorite fruit or maple syrup. Enjoy!
