- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp of maple sugar
- 1-2 Tbsp LYNQ Empowdered
- 2 large eggs
- 3 cups buttermilk
- 4 Tbsp unsalted melted butter
- Mix all dry ingredients together In separate bowl mix all wet ingredients together. Slowly whisk dry and wet ingredients together.
- Once batter is smooth, place ½ cup of mix per pancake on nonstick griddle or pan. Flip pancakes once small bubbles form.
- Remove from heat when light golden brown Top with favorite fruit or maple syrup. Enjoy!
