Empowdered Pasta Salad

 

Add to 2 cups cooked and drained Fusilli pasta,
• 1/2 cup corn
• 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes
• 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
• 1/2 cup orange bell peppers, chopped
• 1/3 cup green olived with pimento, chopped
• 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
For dressing, mix together
• 1/3 cup olive oil
• 1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar
• 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 1-2 Tbsp LYNQ Empowdered nonflavoured fruit/veggie superfood powder
Mix all together & enjoy!
