Domestic Orders (Canada/US)
Orders are typically processes within 2-3 business days and ship via Canada Post. Arrival time with Canada Post Ground Shipping is not guaranteed. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or AE Addresses. Please see Shipping Guidelines below. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed the next business day. Please allow 2-3 days processing for all orders.

Please note, customers are responsible for any/all duty and customs fees.

Our shipping offer is only available via ground shipping. If you choose to expedite your package, incremental shipping charges will apply. The free shipping offer will automatically be applied to your cart once you meet the required spend.

Free shipping on purchases of $75 or more (Only available to Canadian shipping address).

Delivery within Canada
Orders are shipped from our distribution center within 2-3 business days. Shipping times are based on your region and proximity to our warehouse in Montreal, Quebec.

Restrictions
*With the exception of certain rural areas and territories. These shipping charges may be subject to additional fees according to the shipping address.  In this case you will be contacted by email and we will request approval before we process the order. All orders will be shipped via Canada Post. Shipping carrier and rates are subject to change without notice.


Return Policy
As our products are perishable, all food sales are final. LYNQ will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged during transit. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives. LYNQ is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
